“Learn the Signs. Act Early.” is a program of the National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. It is a national program that aims to improve early identification of children with developmental delay and disability and offers FREE resources to help communities in this effort.

While these materials are helpful and educative, please note that they are not a substitute for validated and standardized screening tools.
